A primer for making polyolefin and other low-energy surfaces suitable for bonding with LOCTITE instant adhesive. Only recommended for difficult-to-bond substrates.
LOCTITE® SF 770 is a primer for making difficult-to-bond substrates and low energy surfaces suitable for bonding with LOCTITE® instant adhesives. Ideal for polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and thermoplastic rubber materials, it fluoresces for quality control and inspection. Not recommended in assemblies where high peel strength is required.
- Prepares low-energy surfaces for bonding with instant adhesives.
- Only for difficult-to-bond plastics.
- Fluorescent under UV for quality control.
- Not recommended where high peel strength is required.
- IMPORTANT: this product was upgraded in 2021/22. Use the correct product IDH/item number to ensure correct SDS is downloaded.
